| IT’S A FINANCIAL DISASTER
More than 4,000 illegal aliens will walk across the busiest unlawful gateway into the U.S., the 375-mile border between Arizona and Mexico…..Every Day!!!
Time Magazine estimated that in 2004, 3 million (3,000,000) illegal aliens flooded into the U.S., enough to fill 22,000 Boeing 737 airliners or 60 flights every day for a year.
Estimates run as high as 15 million (15,000,000) illegals are living in the U.S. today.
IT’S A PUBLIC HEALTH TIME BOMB – DO WE REALLY WANT TO WAIT FOR A QUARANTINE EMERGENCY?
Medically unexamined illegal aliens freely cross our borders hiding in their bodies any number of communicable diseases even unknown to them.
• Antibiotic resistant - TB
• Hepatitis A, B, and C
• Chagas Disease
84 CALIFORNIA HOSPITALS ARE CLOSING THEIR DOORS:
WHY?
• The Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act of 1985 (EMTALA), requires every Emergency Department to treat anyone who enters with an “emergency.”
• 50% of services go UNPAID!
• Children (Anchor Babies) born to illegal aliens as citizens, instantly qualify their whole family as residents for Welfare Benefits.
OTHER PERILS
The List of Perils due to inadequate and poor Immigration Laws and Enforcement is long:
• Unidentified Terrorist threats
• Overall degradation to the Rule of Law and Constitutional principles
• The financial burden on taxpayers
• Criminal justice expenses (capture, conviction, and incarceration)
• Cross-Border Smuggling of anything you can imagine
• Many illegal alien criminals are not being returned to their home country
• Criminal activity and illegal immigrant deaths in the Border areas
• Environmental Damage to the Border Areas
• And On and On and On!
What's the Solution?
WHAT’S THE SOLUTION?
1. Require all aliens (entering and already in the U.S.) to register and submit to the following:
• Valid Passport and Visas
• Photographing
• Electronic Finger and/or Eyeball printing
• DNA Swab
• Medical exam
• Statement of Origin
• Prior physical and mailing address
2. Issue a temporary Green Card (Blue Card) for the first year of residency.
3. Provide each alien with several pamphlets in their native language and American-English:
• Blue Card, Green Card & Citizenship Requirements
• The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights
4. If after the first year the alien has:
• Not used our Public Welfare System
• Not been arrested
They are entitled to apply for a Green Card providing for permanent residence.
If they violate either requirement, they will be deported at their expense or that of their country of origin.
5. All illegal alien women who give birth to babies (Anchor Babies) while in the U.S. will be provided appropriate medical care. Upon leaving the hospital the immediate family will be deported, the family or their country of origin will be required to pay their medical and deportation expense. Babies born to illegal aliens will not become citizens.
6. Repeal The Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act of 1985 (EMTALA).
7. Grant NO new amnesties.
