George W. Bush

President of the United States of America

1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W.

Washington, DC 20500

Dear President Bush:

As the leader of the free world and our nation, your responsibilities are unparalleled.

Today we not only are in need of leadership, but most importantly statesmanship.

I have been extremely concerned about our nation's immigration problems for two (2) years, since visiting San Francisco and discovering that people in this country who speak with a foreign accent understand clearly why they are here:   FREEDOM.

Regretfully that can not be said for the average American citizen.

I believe we will lose our country if we do not address immigration head on, completely, and with no partisan political and economic agendas.

All Americans, naturalized and native born, are concerned about the flood of illegal aliens into our country.     We don't know who they are, where they came from, they are not identified, and we don't know if they have criminal records.

Immigration problems touch all parts of our society.

Immigration issues spill over and impact all of what is: American Culture .

The immigration challenge is large, extensive, and complex.   However, the principles to be applied to fix our broken system are clear and really not that difficult to comprehend.

Immigration reform is critically important to the survival of our English speaking Nation.

Immigration must be fixed and fixed now lest we be divided as Canada is between Anglophones and Francophones.

This is my second year of coming to Washington DC to address this critical matter.   This year I began with a series of presentations to all United States Senators detailed in the attached documents, a:

April 3, 2006             Proposal:   How to Solve the American Immigration Crisis.

April 6, 2006             Prayer for Guidance delivered prior to the Easter Recess of Congress.

April 19, 2006             Letter and Summary Proposal to be delivered this week prior to the Senates return from Easter Recess. Monday, April 24, 2006.

I ask that you review and thoughtfully consider how these documents can provide valuable assistance for immigration reform as you place yourself:

AT THE VANGUARD.

No Senator has yet endorsed these principles!

We desperately need your leadership as a statesman!

I would welcome the opportunity to Role Up My Sleeves and to help you resolve this burning issue.

We must as a nation do everything in our power to avoid further controversy.   The impending financial and social disaster could be overwhelming!

However, we now need to broaden the discussion.   Immigration touches all of America! We must take concerted action to prevent this unresolved illegal immigration problem from becoming even larger.   Your leadership as President is vital!

I do not merely speak for myself.   There are concerned citizens all over this great country coalescing into a national network, a Movement, to become informed and to take action!

Let me close as I did in the Proposal to each senator:

When we are done, we'll have:

Conquered the Challenge before Us Today

Good Reason to Fell Fulfilled and Proud

Resolved a Life Threatening National Crisis

Followed the:    Golden Rule!

Respectfully submitted for your consideration and immediate action this the 16 th Day of April 2006.

Dan Wiberg

A Humble and Grateful American Citizen
